1. Role Summary At

Omnex Centre for Immersive & E-Learning Excellence as a Graphic s designer . You’ll craft impactful visual content—from eLearning modules and explainer animations to marketing assets—by blending traditional design skills with AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.

2. Professional Experience

• 2 years of graphic

design experience , including professional, contract, or academic work—ideally in eLearning, digital media, or tech-driven environments.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver polished design assets meeting deadlines, with visible impact on user engagement or project quality.

3. Core Responsibilities

• Visual & Motion Design : Create high-quality graphic s, illustrations, layouts, and animations using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• AI-Driven Asset Generation : Generate initial visual concepts using AI tools like Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Recraft, or Runway ML—then refine these with traditional design tools.
• Prompting Strategy : Write clear, context-rich prompts specifying subject matter, style, lighting, mood, format, and exclusions to guide AI toward accurate brand-aligned visuals
• Iterative Refinement : Use A/B testing, variant generation, and prompt adjustments to hone AI outputs before further design polishing.
• UI/Template Creation : Support UI design for web/mobile (using Adobe XD or Figma) and craft templated assets with rapid turnaround via Canva.
• Collaboration & Feedback Loop : Partner with instructional designer s, developers, and marketers. Incorporate feedback into prompt adjustments and design iterations.
• Brand Consistency & Finalization : Ensure visual assets align with brand guidelines; prepare polished deliverables for both digital and print media.
• Trend Awareness : Stay current with design trends and evolving AI prompting best practices to continually elevate your workflow.

4. Qualifications & Skills Essential (Must-Have)

• 2 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong foundation in color theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Effective time and task management to meet project deadlines.
• Experience or interest in AI-assisted design platforms (e.g., Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Firefly, Recraft, Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Runway ML).
