Graphic Designer

We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

GLOCERY is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help bring our brand vision to life across digital, packaging, and marketing touchpoints.

We're looking for someone who understands both aesthetics and performance, and can translate ideas into visually compelling designs that are aligned with the brand.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing creatives for social media, paid ads, and marketing campaigns
• Creating website banners, landing page assets, and email marketing visuals
• Assisting with product packaging, labels, inserts, and brand collateral
• Designing brochures, catalogues, presentations, and event materials
• Editing product photos and basic video content when required
• Creating motion graphics, GIFs, and simple animation-based content
• Working closely with the founder, content team, and marketing team on campaign launches and creative concepts
• Ensuring visual consistency across all brand touchpoints

You should:

• Have 2+ years of graphic design experience
• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• Have a strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and visual storytelling
• Be able to create both brand-focused and performance-focused creatives
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Be proactive, resourceful, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Be open to feedback and collaborative creative processes

Bonus points if you:

• Have prior experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Have experience with video editing and motion graphics
• Are familiar with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
• Understand D2C marketing and performance creative requirements
• Have experience with packaging and print production processes
