Graphic Designer

ALLEN Overseas is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in digital creatives, social media campaigns, branding, print design, and video editing. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize ideas and convert creative briefs into impactful visual communication across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, infographics, YouTube thumbnails, and digital campaign creatives.
• Create engaging creatives and videos for JEE, NEET, Olympiads, Foundation, admissions, results, scholarships, and student-success campaigns.
• Develop campaign concepts and adapt key visuals across multiple formats.
• Design brochures, books, study materials, posters, standees, certificates, and other print collaterals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Content, Social Media, and Academic teams.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality visual communication.
• Handle image editing, retouching, compositing, typography, and illustrations.
• Create multiple creative variations for digital campaigns and performance marketing.
• Explore AI-powered design tools to improve creativity and production efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create both premium/minimal and vibrant/high-impact designs.
• Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in EdTech, education, coaching institutes, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with JEE/NEET campaigns and the Kota coaching ecosystem.
• Knowledge of AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Magnific, Veo, Seedance, or similar tools.

Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio may also apply.

Mandatory Requirement

A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should showcase their work in digital campaigns, social media creatives, branding, advertising, typography, educational design, and image compositing.
