Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative Designer to join our Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate will craft visually compelling designs that elevate our internal communications, social media presence, events, and other corporate initiatives. A keen eye for detail, top-notch design skills, and an understanding of brand aesthetics are essential. Knowledge of basic video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creative materials for internal communications, including newsletters, presentations, infographics, and other employee engagement assets.
• Develop visually engaging social media graphics and templates in line with brand guidelines.
• Support event communications through compelling banners, posters, backdrops, and other collateral.
• Contribute to overall visual communication strategy, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Assist with basic video editing tasks for internal and external communications (grace point, not mandatory).
• Collaborate closely with communication leads to translate ideas and messages into impactful designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional design experience (corporate communications, social media, or agency experience preferred).
• Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro a plus).
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic video editing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
