About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-driven, and brand-savvy Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll craft impactful visuals that tell compelling stories, elevate our brand presence, and engage audiences across digital and print platforms. From concept to execution, you will bring ideas to life that resonate with our clients, employees, and partners — driving both creativity and business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design for Impact – Create visually engaging assets for digital campaigns including social media posts, ads, banners, emailers, and website graphics.
• Bring Ideas to Print – Design brochures, posters, flyers, event collateral, and other print materials that reflect brand consistency.
• Power Presentations – Develop high-impact, visually stunning presentations for internal communications and client pitches.
• Collaborate Creatively – Partner with marketing, sales, HR, and leadership to understand objectives and translate them into compelling designs.
• Add Motion & Life – Produce motion graphics and simple animations for videos, reels, and social content when needed.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve – Keep up with design trends, leverage AI-powered design tools, and adopt new techniques to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Guard the Brand – Maintain and enforce brand identity across all materials and channels.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred) — but your portfolio speaks louder than your degree.
• 2+ years of proven design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva, After Effects or Premiere Pro is a must.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Average communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for producing exceptional work.
