Graphic Designer

We have an opening at Whistling Woods International, India's premier Film, Communication & Creative Arts Institute, founded by Mr. Subhash Ghai.

Position: Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Create creative designs for digital and print media, including posters, banners, brochures, standees, certificates, advertisements, and social media creatives.
• Develop promotional and event-related artwork while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare print-ready designs and coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality output.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand design requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Edit images, modify artwork, and incorporate feedback as required.
• Explore new design trends and AI-assisted creative tools to enhance design output.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant practical skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Experience Requirements:

• 06 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in print and digital media.
• Experience in creating promotional materials, event creatives, branding, and social media designs.
• Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory) and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Canva and digital design formats.
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, branding, and print production.
• Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple assignments.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Experience with event branding, illustrations, photo editing, and AI-powered design tools.
