Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communication across digital, social, branding, and advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered creative workflows and has the ability to mentor and manage junior designers.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of both mainline advertising and digital marketing, be capable of translating brand strategies into compelling visual narratives, and ensure creative excellence across all client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Leadership

• Conceptualize and create high-quality visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Design creatives for digital, social media, print, outdoor, retail, branding, and corporate communication requirements.
• Develop campaign key visuals, brand identities, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients when required.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of Graphic Designers and Junior Designers.
• Review and approve creative outputs before client submission.
• Allocate work, manage workloads, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback and help team members improve design quality and efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative creative culture.

AI-Driven Creative Workflows

• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, ideation, design exploration.
• Utilize tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, higgsfield, or similar platforms.
• Establish efficient workflows that combine human creativity with AI-assisted production.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to improve creative output and agency efficiency.

Mainline & Advertising Expertise

• Develop concepts for print ads, brochures, outdoor campaigns, and branding materials.
• Understand advertising principles, consumer psychology, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account Managers to build integrated campaigns.
• Translate marketing objectives into impactful visual communication.

Client & Agency Collaboration

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.
• Work closely with account servicing teams to understand client requirements.
• Handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Manage revisions effectively while maintaining creative integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, branding studio, or marketing environment.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring creative team members.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, advertising, and campaign design.
