About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphics Designer who will be responsible for all visual and design requirements of MutualFundWala.
The designer will work closely with the SMM and SEO teams to create engaging social media creatives, campaign designs, website graphics, blogs, advertisements, promotional materials and other marketing assets.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of industry-standard design tools and must be comfortable using Freepik for creative resources and design references.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality creatives for MutualFundWalas social media platforms.
- Design:
- Social media posts
- Instagram carousels
- Reels covers/thumbnails
- YouTube thumbnails
- Campaign creatives
- Promotional banners
- Advertisements
- Blog graphics
- Website banners
- Infographics
- Festival and occasion creatives
- App/web promotional creatives
- Work closely with the SMM team to understand content requirements and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to create graphics for blogs, landing pages and SEO campaigns.
- Create designs according to MutualFundWalas brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, typography and visual identity.
- Develop multiple creative concepts for campaigns when required.
- Modify and optimize designs based on feedback.
- Use stock assets, templates and design resources effectively.
- Manage and organize creative assets and source files.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats and creative styles.
- Ensure creatives are optimized for different platforms and screen sizes.
- Support the marketing team with urgent and campaign-based design requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- 34 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong knowledge of professional graphic design tools.
- Must be familiar with tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro or equivalent
- Figma
- Canva
- Good working knowledge of Freepik is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of social media creative formats.
- Ability to convert marketing ideas into attractive visual designs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Experience in FinTech, Finance, Mutual Funds, Banking or Investment brands.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience creating creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience working with social media and digital marketing teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and digital marketing creatives.
