Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to create impactful marketing creatives, project branding, brochures, hoardings, digital campaigns, and event collaterals.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in industry-standard design software, a strong creative portfolio, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, hoardings, flyers, standees, advertisements, and project presentations.
• Create digital creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Develop branding and visual concepts for property launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of all creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collaterals and project communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of Canva, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and print production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality creative work independently.

Preferred Candidate: A creative and detail-oriented designer with strong experience, excellent software skills, and the ability to handle both print and digital design requirements independently.
