Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and digital design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design software, capable of managing multiple projects, and able to translate creative briefs into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and print collaterals.

- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual identities aligned with brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns and branding initiatives.

- Maintain consistency in visual identity across digital and print platforms.

- Create basic motion graphics, animated creatives, and video content for digital platforms.

- Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets according to technical specifications.

- Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.

- Stay updated with design trends, creative technologies, and AI-powered design tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 35 years of professional graphic design experience.

- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

- Experience in branding, digital marketing creatives, social media design, and print production.

- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Software Proficiency

- Adobe Photoshop: Advanced

- Adobe Illustrator: Advanced

- Adobe InDesign: Basic to Intermediate

- Adobe After Effects: Basic to Intermediate; knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.

- Adobe Premiere Pro: Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.

- Canva / Figma: Familiarity with digital design tools is preferred.

- AI-powered Design Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is an advantage.
