Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design digital and print marketing materials, including emailers, banners, social media creatives, infographics, brochures, and presentations.
• Create visually compelling assets aligned with client brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with copywriters, content strategists, medical writers, and project teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Develop creatives for omnichannel marketing campaigns, websites, and digital platforms.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all design outputs.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and manage multiple projects within timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Experience designing for digital and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharma communications is a plus.
