Job Description:

Static Design (B2B & B2C)

• B2B Assets: Design LinkedIn carousels, case study PDFs, white paper layouts, one-pagers, proposal decks, infographics, and trade show booth graphics that convey trust, professionalism, and data clarity
• B2C Assets: Create high-energy social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok thumbnails), email headers, digital ads (display, native), product listings, and seasonal campaign visuals that drive clicks and emotion
• Brand Identity: Maintain and extend client brand guidelines across all static deliverables, including colour, typography, and grid systems
• Print Collateral: Design business cards, flyers, brochures, and direct mail pieces when required (print-ready files)

Motion Design (B2B & B2C)

• B2B Motion: Produce animated explainer videos (30-90 seconds), logo stings, data visualization animations (charts/graphs coming to life), LinkedIn video ads, and webinar title slates
• B2C Motion: Create Instagram Reels covers with motion text, TikTok-style animated captions, product demo GIFs, animated banner ads (HTML5 friendly), and looped social-first video snippets
• Video Editing: Trim, transition, add text overlays, and incorporate basic sound design for short-form video assets (raw footage provided by clients or stock).
• After Effects Skills: Animate typography, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and basic character/icon selections

Cross-Cultural Workflow

• Interpret creative briefs from POCs and turn them into mood boards, storyboards, and final deliverables.
• Present design concepts to clients (internal or external) and incorporate feedback through 2-3 revision rounds.
• Collaborate with content writers to ensure visual hierarchy aligns with messaging hierarchy
• Organize and maintain asset libraries (fonts, stock assets, logos) per client on shared drives (Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive)
• Manage multiple deadlines across 15-20 active clients weekly

Required Skills & Tools:

• Static: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Figma is a plus.
• Motion: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (basic editing). DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut accepted
• Optional but nice: Blender or Rive for lightweight motion
• Understanding platform specs: Instagram (1080x1080, 9:16), LinkedIn (1200x627, 1080x1080), Facebook, TikTok, Google Display Ads, email clients
• Print knowledge: crop marks, CMYK vs. RGB, resolution maintenance
