Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure where creativity knows no boundsLook no further! Never Grow Up is looking for people who eat, sleep and think design to join our creative team. Someone who is a storyteller at heart and comes with relevant advertising / digital agency experience. If you are someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience, with mindblowing design skills this job is for you. In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually stunning designs that will make clients say, 'Whoa! How did they even think of that.' All this while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to implementation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Translate creative concepts into various design executions, maintaining strategic relevance.
- Pitch ideas, and take ownership of campaigns throughout the entire creative process.
Who/What Are We Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your skills in graphic design.
- Strong listening skills, Love for brands, Pop Culture.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, is a must.
