Graphic Designer || Catering Division

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to drive the visual communication and creative execution for our Catering Division, with a strong focus on luxury weddings, premium corporate events, and high-end catering experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Brand Identity: Develop visually compelling and premium designs that reflect Foodlink's luxury positioning and brand identity across catering and events.
• Luxury Presentations & Proposals: Design high-quality client presentations, catering proposals, event concepts, and creative pitch decks for luxury weddings and corporate galas.
• Menu & Collateral Design: Create bespoke menu cards, food station signage, event branding, invitations, packaging, and other premium print collaterals.
• Video Editing & Social Media: Edit engaging short-form videos, Instagram reels, and stories showcasing live catering setups, food styling, culinary experiences, and luxury events.
• Print & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with print vendors, manage artwork specifications, select premium materials and finishes, and ensure high-quality final output.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, sales teams, marketing, and event operations to translate client briefs and event concepts into impactful visual experiences.
• Project & Deadline Management: Manage multiple creative assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, design consistency, and attention to detail.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury hospitality, hotels, events, premium catering, or high-end food brands.
• Experience in luxury lifestyle, premium fashion, or luxury brand environments will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
• Excellent understanding of luxury aesthetics, typography, layouts, colour palettes, visual storytelling, and food photography.
• Knowledge of print production, premium paper stocks, finishing techniques, and packaging design.
• Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
