Responsibilities

• Graphic Designing
• Design creative content for social media, digital campaigns, posters, brochures, standees, banners, invitations, presentations, and internal communications.
• Create artwork for hospital events, awareness campaigns, health camps, doctor promotions, celebrations, and special occasions.
• Develop creative concepts and visual layouts in line with the hospital's brand guidelines.
• Resize and adapt designs for different digital and print formats.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all creative materials.
• Video shooting and editing: Plan and execute video shoots for hospital events, doctor interviews, patient education, awareness campaigns, testimonials, reels, and promotional content.
• Handle camera, lighting, audio, and basic video production equipment.
• Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, interviews, and event highlights.
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, graphics, logos, and other visual elements as required.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, management, and other departments during video shoots.
• Photography: Capture high-quality photographs of hospital facilities, doctors, staff, events, programs, campaigns, and other organizational activities.
• Handle basic lighting, composition, framing, and post-processing.
• Maintain and organize photo and video files systematically.
• Edit and enhance photographs for digital and print usage.
• Digital Content Branding: Create visually engaging content for the hospital's social media platforms and digital communication channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and other departments to understand content requirements.
• Maintain consistency in hospital branding, logos, fonts, colors, and visual identity.
• Support the creation of creative content for recruitment, employee engagement, awareness programs, and corporate communications.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent design and editing tools.
• Knowledge of Canva and other digital design tools.
• Good knowledge of video editing, photography, lighting, framing, and basic audio recording.
• Ability to create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social media creatives.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Good creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Specialisation
