Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will create effective visual communication across digital, print, retail, packaging, corporate and campaign requirements. The role combines creative thinking, brand consistency, and production accuracy, with ownership from brief interpretation through final artwork delivery.

• Brand & Campaign Design: Develop campaign concepts, key visuals and product communication aligned with business objectives, target audiences and approved brand guidelines.
• Digital Design: Create social media content, digital advertisements, website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, e-commerce graphics and other platform-specific assets.
• Print, Retail & Outdoor: Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, menu cards, POS materials, outlet branding, signage, hoardings, newspaper advertisements and other print collateral.
• Packaging & Product Branding: Create and adapt labels, pouches, cartons, sleeves and SKU variants; incorporate approved claims, icons, barcodes and regulatory information.
• Photography & Image Editing: Retouch, enhance and color-correct product and lifestyle images; support photoshoots through mood boards, shot lists, styling references and creative direction.
• Motion & Multimedia: Develop basic motion graphics, animated posts, digital-screen creatives and short promotional videos.
• Events & Franchise Support: Design exhibition panels, backdrops, kiosks, wayfinding, event collateral, outlet-launch creatives and local-area marketing kits.
• Corporate Communication: Create presentations, annual reports, company profiles, sales decks, training materials and infographics.
• Production & Vendor Coordination: Prepare accurate print-ready files; coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, fabricators and agencies; review proofs, samples, colors, materials and finishing.
• Project & Asset Management: Manage priorities and timelines, communicate risks proactively, maintain version control and organize approved brand assets and final artworks.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related discipline.
• Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, retail, QSR, franchise, consumer brands or a marketing agency is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong capability in typography, layout, image retouching, compositing, color correction and visual hierarchy.
• Practical knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, bleed, die-lines, resolution, prepress, finishing and production-ready artwork.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva and AI-assisted creative tools is preferred.
• Basic photography, illustration, 3D mockup and digital-advertising knowledge will be an advantage.
