Requirements Design creatives for social media, school events, announcements, campaigns and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Create school brochures, posters, flyers, certificates, invitations and presentations.
• Design worksheets, activity sheets, educational resources and school books.
• Develop creative content for branding and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the academic, HR, marketing and events teams to understand design requirements.
• Ensure consistency in the school's branding, colours, fonts and visual identity.
• Support the school during events and campaigns with timely creative requirements.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, website and print media.
• Manage multiple design requirements and deliver work within deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a school, education, publishing or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW or equivalent design tools.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, branding and visual communication.
• Experience in designing books, worksheets, educational materials and branding creatives will be an advantage.
• Creative, organised and detail-oriented with good time-management skills.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A good portfolio showcasing creative and relevant design work is preferred.
