Graphic Designer

Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing creative team at Qtonix Software. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create engaging digital and print creative. You will work closely with marketing, branding, and development teams to produce high-quality designs for social media, marketing campaigns, events, branding, and client projects. Comfort with AI-powered design tools to improve productivity and generate innovative creative concepts is essential.

• Social Media Creative Design: Design engaging social media posts, carousels, reels thumbnails, banners, and promotional creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Event Marketing Collateral: Create visually appealing event posters, flyers, brochures, standees, banners, invitations, certificates, and promotional materials for online and offline campaigns.
• Brand Identity Design: Design logos, brand guidelines, business cards, letterheads, presentation templates, and other branding assets.
• Character Illustration Design: Create custom characters, mascots, vector illustrations, icons, and visual elements for websites, applications, and marketing campaigns.
• Advertising Creatives: Design high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, email campaigns, websites, and landing pages.
• AI-Assisted Design: Utilize AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms to generate creative ideas, improve workflows, and accelerate design production while maintaining originality and quality.
• Photo Editing Image Enhancement: Perform image retouching, background removal, color correction, compositing, and product image enhancement.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets maintain consistent branding, typography, colors, and visual identity.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with senior team members to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Creative Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, AI design technologies, animation styles, and social media best practices.
• Revision Quality Assurance: Implement feedback promptly and ensure every design meets quality standards before delivery.

• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or any graduate with a strong design portfolio.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, logo design, and creative projects.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows and prompt-based image generation.
• Advanced Proficiency In: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva Pro, Figma, Adobe Firefly, AI Design Tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, or similar).
• Working Knowledge Of: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, Blender (Basic), Lottie Animation (Basic), Motion Graphics Fundamentals.
• Good to Have: Basic UI/UX design knowledge, basic video editing and motion graphics skills, knowledge of print production and pre-press requirements, experience with AI image generation and prompt engineering, understanding of digital marketing and advertising creative.
