Graphic Designer

• Design banners, creatives, and promotional assets for the NCUI marketplace.
• Develop consistent brand visuals, colour schemes, and design templates.
• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create product infographics, catalogue layouts, and listing creatives.
• Enhance product presentation through visually appealing graphics.
• Support photoshoot team with backgrounds, mockups, and visual enhancements.
• Design creatives for social media, email campaigns, ads, and website promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign ideation and execution.
• Optimize creatives for e-commerce platforms size, format, resolution, and mobile-friendliness.
• A/B test visuals to improve click-through rates and conversions.
• Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and creatives with proper version control.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

EDUCATION

Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

35 years in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and responsive design principles.
