— Apply the brand's established visual language consistently across every piece you touch

Design system & consistency

— Work within a design system built to hold up against premium and luxury category benchmarks, maintaining

consistency across every format you execute in

— Flag gaps or inconsistencies you notice in the design system to Brand & Content Head, so the system itself keeps

getting stronger

Team & partners

— Work closely with the Content Strategist to keep visual and verbal identity aligned on every piece

— Bring the craft and finishing detail a premium audience notices immediately

Qualification:

—

Min 3 years of hands-on graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows real craft and attention to detail

— Strong working proficiency in standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)

— Experience executing within an established brand system or style guide, across more than one format

— Comfort taking clear creative direction and turning it into finished, polished work quickly
