Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead design and marketing projects end-to-end from concept, design development, to final execution.
  
• Partner with copywriters and marketing managers to produce cohesive, impactful campaigns.
  Design Strategy & Execution
  
• Develop design strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  
• Create visually appealing layouts and design systems across various media (digital, print, etc.).
  
• Present and explain creative ideas confidently to leadership and stakeholders.
  
• Handle both print and digital production work efficiently.
  
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
  
• Research and adapt to new media platforms as needed (e.g., video, motion, UX tools).
  
• Work with internal and international teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  
• Make quick, sound design decisions in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
