POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position/Title: Creative Content Designer
Location: Ecologiq Office (India)
Reports to: Global Operations Head
Tools Used: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro

1.0 Role Purpose

To produce high-impact visual content and professional video assets that fuel Ecologiq's outbound growth engine, ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with brand standards and optimized for high-conversion B2B marketing campaigns.

The role ensures:

• Hands-on creation of video and graphic assets (no delegation).
• High-quality visual storytelling for B2B target markets.
• Direct contribution to campaign engagement and click-through rates.
• Strong alignment between creative assets and outbound campaign messaging.
• Ownership of all creative project files and digital asset management.
• Continuous improvement in visual aesthetic and content performance.
• This role will support the business in Web development and development.

2.0 Key Responsibilities and KPI's

A. Campaign Execution & Ownership

Create, Edit, polish, and export video and graphic assets

Ensure brand consistency, resolution, and format accuracy

Tailor creative formats for specific platforms (Email, LinkedIn)

B. Brand & Design Management

Maintain strict adherence to Ecologiq brand guidelines

Create reusable templates for faster campaign turnaround

Ensure all source files and exports are clean and usable

C. Campaign & Marketing Alignment

Translate campaign requirements into visual concepts

Collaborate with Growth Lead on visual hooks/messaging

Personally validate final exports for technical errors

D. Hands-on Execution Requirement (Critical )

Personally edit videos and design graphics

Work directly in Adobe Creative Cloud / Editing Software

Ensure delivery of final files, not just concepts

3.0 Daily Operating Expectations

The role requires disciplined daily production and direct ownership of all visual outputs. All creative tasks and file management must be completed and recorded daily in project tracking systems, with outputs reviewed in coordination with the Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to ensure full visibility and immediate action on revisions.


4.0 Scope of Authority

The role carries defined authority to enforce visual standards across the organization:

• Define and control visual brand execution
• Enforce file management and naming structures
• Direct technical aspects of video/graphic production
• Modify creative strategy based on engagement data
• Ensure all creative work is high-resolution and professional

5.0 Reporting Frequency

• Daily: Production status and file updates
• Weekly: Creative project status and asset performance
• Monthly: Creative contribution summary and brand evolution
