GRAPHIC DESIGNER REAL ESTATE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for real estate projects and properties.
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and presentations.
• Create social media posts, reels, and promotional creatives.
• Design marketing materials for property launches and campaigns.
• Edit property images, videos, and project visuals.
• Maintain consistency in company and project branding.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for creative requirements.
• Create attractive and engaging content as per project requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing, preferably in Real Estate.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and reels creation.
• Experience in designing real estate marketing creatives is preferred.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work within deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
