Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative posters for loan products, investment schemes, fixed deposits, gold loans, and other financial products.
• Create social media creatives for campaigns, festivals, offers, and customer engagement.
• Develop brochures, flyers, standees, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Design WhatsApp creatives, email banners, and website promotional graphics.
• Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Create basic motion graphics or short promotional videos for digital platforms (preferred).
• Edit and optimize images for print and digital media.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.
• Deliver creative designs within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
