Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop creative concepts and visual content as per business and marketing requirements.
• Work on product creatives, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
• Edit and retouch images as required.
• Ensure consistency with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams to understand design requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines.
• Take creative ownership of assigned projects from concept to final execution.
• Stay updated with current design trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Designing.
• Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.

Software Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW
• Basic knowledge of Figma will be an added advantage.
