JOB DESCRIPTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for our digital marketing, social media, property campaigns, branding, internal communication, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, excellent understanding of visual communication, and the ability to convert marketing ideas and business requirements into impactful designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital & Social Media Creatives

• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Create social media posts, stories, banners, carousels, campaign creatives and promotional graphics.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns and business objectives.

2. Real Estate Marketing Creatives

• Design creatives for property launches, projects, offers, campaigns, events, site visits and lead-generation activities.
• Create brochures, flyers, property presentations, standees, hoardings, banners and other marketing collaterals.
• Convert property/project information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand communication.

3. Branding & Corporate Communication

• Ensure all designs strictly follow the company's brand guidelines, logo usage, typography and visual identity.
• Create internal communication creatives for announcements, celebrations, employee engagement and company initiatives.
• Maintain consistency across all company communication and marketing materials.

4. Campaign & Performance Marketing Support

• Design creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.
• Develop multiple creative variations for testing and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.

5. Video & Motion Graphics

• Create basic promotional videos, reels and short-form video content.
• Develop motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns where required.
• Edit videos and reels for social media platforms.

6. Creative Concept Development

• Develop fresh creative concepts based on campaign briefs.
• Understand marketing objectives and translate them into effective visual communication.
• Stay updated with current design, social media and digital marketing trends.

7. Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with the Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales and Content teams.
• Understand briefs, timelines and deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Manage multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Take feedback positively and make revisions within defined timelines.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Quality and creativity of designs.
• Timely delivery of assigned creatives.
• Number and quality of creatives delivered as per requirements.
• Effectiveness of campaign and social media creatives.
• Adherence to brand guidelines.
• Creative turnaround time.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contribution to improved engagement and digital campaign performance.
• Proactive development of new creative concepts and ideas.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts and visual hierarchy.
• Good understanding of social media design requirements and dimensions.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising creatives.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in Real Estate, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, Branding or Property Marketing will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience in creating property/project creatives, real estate campaigns, brochures, social media content and lead-generation creatives will be preferred.

EDUCATION

Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Design, Digital Media or a related field.

Relevant hands-on experience and a strong portfolio will be given higher preference than academic qualification alone.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on creative role requiring both creativity and speed of execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating impactful visual communication that strengthens the Buniyad brand, supports property marketing campaigns, and enhances digital engagement and lead generation.
