Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate brand objectives and marketing briefs into visually engaging creatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a good understanding of social media trends, and experience working in a D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Consumer brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, website, marketplaces, paid ads, and other digital platforms.
• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, campaign creatives, promotional creatives, and product communication.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Content, Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand, and E-commerce teams to deliver high-impact creatives.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different digital platforms.
• Create performance-driven creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplace promotions, and other paid campaigns.
• Work on product launches, festive campaigns, brand campaigns, offers, and promotional communication.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, colours, and overall visual language.
• Stay updated with social media trends, D2C creative trends, competitor communication, and emerging design styles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and make design iterations as required.

What Were Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in Graphic Design or a similar role.
• Prior experience with an in-house D2C / FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care / Fashion / Lifestyle / Consumer brand is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media-first design and digital creatives.
• Excellent visual sense with strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, and layouts.
• Ability to understand a brief and independently convert it into a creative concept.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, product creatives, and brand communication is mandatory.
