Senior Graphic Designer with digital chops
- Deck design portfolio sales decks, investor decks, keynote-style presentations. This is your highest-frequency deliverable and where most "graphic designers" are weak. Ask to see 3–4 full decks, not just single slides.
- Print + large-format experience — has shipped a backdrop, standee, or vehicle wrap. Knows resolution, bleed, printer coordination. Relevant given BKC cab branding and event work.
- B2B / enterprise sensibility — B2C designers often over-design for enterprise audiences. Look for restraint, hierarchy, data visualisation ability.
- Speed and volume — marketing design is a treadmill. Portfolio depth > single-piece polish.
- Figma + Adobe Suite fluency — Figma for decks/digital, Illustrator/InDesign for print.
- Bonus: basic motion (After Effects) for social/video, and comfort with brand system stewardship.
