Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, advertisements, campaign materials, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative designs for internet broadband, fiber, IPTV, and digital service promotions.
• Design recruitment posters, employee engagement creatives, announcements, and internal communication materials.
• Create visual concepts based on campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
• Work with the Digital Marketing team to develop creatives for paid and organic campaigns.
• Design brochures, flyers, standees, presentations, posters, and other offline marketing materials.
• Edit images, photographs, icons, and visual assets as required.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, typography, and visual communication techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects will be an advantage.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other modern design tools is preferred.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create modern, engaging, and conversion-focused social media creatives.
• Good image editing and retouching skills.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors/Diploma qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital marketing, advertising, media, telecom, or consumer-facing industries.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio of digital and social media designs are preferred.
