Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, certificates, invitations, and other school materials.
• Create creative content for the schools social media platforms and website.
• Design graphics for school events, celebrations, competitions, admissions, and announcements.
• Prepare presentations, newsletters, notices, and other internal communication materials.
• Capture and edit photographs/videos of school events when required.
• Create reels, short videos, and promotional content for social media.
• Maintain consistency with the schools branding, colors, fonts, and visual style.
• Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and management to understand design requirements.
• Handle multiple design projects and complete them within deadlines.
• Organize and maintain design files, photographs, videos, and other digital assets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual communication.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a school, educational institution, or similar organization is preferred.
