Creative Design & Branding

• Design creative and professional visual content aligned with the schools brand identity.
• Maintain consistency in school logos, colours, fonts, templates, and other branding elements.
• Develop creative concepts for school campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

2. Digital & Social Media Designs

• Create posts, banners, stories, reels covers, and other creatives for social media platforms.
• Design graphics for the school website, newsletters, digital displays, and online campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing/admissions team for promotional creatives.

3. Admissions & Marketing Support

• Design admission campaign materials, including:
• Admission advertisements
• Brochures
• Flyers
• Posters
• Hoardings
• Standees
• Digital advertisements
• Create creatives for new admissions, open houses, orientations, and promotional campaigns.

4. School Events & Activities

• Design invitations, certificates, event posters, backdrops, stage designs, and banners.
• Prepare creative materials for annual day, sports day, exhibitions, competitions, celebrations, and other school events.
• Provide timely designs based on event requirements.

5. Print & Publication Materials

• Design school brochures, prospectuses, newsletters, calendars, handbooks, and magazines.
• Prepare print-ready artwork according to required specifications.
• Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure quality of final output.

6. Photography & Visual Content

• Support the team with basic photography/videography requirements during important school events when required.
• Select and edit photographs for use in social media, brochures, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Perform basic photo retouching and image enhancement.

7. Video & Multimedia

• Create basic promotional videos, motion graphics, presentations, and video edits.
• Add text, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and branding elements to videos.
• Support the marketing team with visual content for digital campaigns.
