We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who excels in creating eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and creative social media posts. This role requires expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, a flair for visual storytelling, and the ability to design content that resonates with our diverse audience, especially for spiritual and cultural themes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging YouTube thumbnails that capture viewer attention and enhance video content.
• Create visually compelling social media posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, tailored to platform requirements.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet brand and client expectations.
• Develop layouts, graphics, and color schemes that communicate the intended message and maintain visual consistency.
• Create branding materials for events, ensuring traditional and spiritual aesthetics when needed.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails and social media post designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Knowledge of design requirements for social media platforms.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
