About this role
The Design team at DelphianLogic is responsible for building a wide range of products and services in mature markets, primarily Fortune 500 corporations in the US and Europe.
DelphianLogic has been a Custom design house with 10 years of building the finest custom eLearning solutions for some of the most prestigious corporations in the world. As we continue to build our custom solutions, our delivery operations and product development have diversified into building a range of technology solutions in the space of Enterprise technology, mobile apps, videos, immersive and Interactive media, gamified solutions, workshop designs, and more.
In an architect role, we expect the associate to set the design direction for a digital learning product. It would involve communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, conceptualizing the solution, and working either individually and/or with team members to achieve the desired end output.
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer for eLearning who is proficient with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) & Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates should be able to convert information into interesting training material. The primary focus of this role is to understand the information, brainstorm with the instructional designer, visualize content into a viable & aesthetic visual presentation, and design / develop it in Articulate in line with visual specifications defined for the eLearning projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various cross-functional team members and actively participate in the conceptualization of digital products. Key elements of the role include:
- Pre-production Design:
- Design Brief: Understand requirements and design goals for the product.
- Specifications: Understand and adapt design specifications/style guides.
- Analysis: Detailed understanding of storyboard in line with design goals and specifications.
- Brainstorming: Collaborate with Instructional Designers (IDs) to brainstorm/doodle graphic elements.
- Ideation: Conceptualize design solutions.
- Design & Layout: Design proofs of concept/mock-ups based on brand guidelines, specifications, and style guides. Design the overall visual experience by creating screen layouts and graphic assets for eLearning projects.
- Implementation: Introduce the designed solution into the environment; integrate design screens into development tools (Articulate, Elucidat, etc.) and build required interactivities to deliver functional eLearning experiences.
- Testing: Conduct in-situ testing of designed solutions.
- Post-production & Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluation & Feedback: Summarize process and results, including constructive criticism and suggestions for future improvements.
- Redesign: Execute corrections across any stage in the design process before, during, or after production as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong visual sense in graphic design and screen layouts.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Expertise in Articulate Suite (Storyline 360 & Rise).
- Good hands-on experience in Microsoft PowerPoint & Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 45 years of recent work experience in eLearning design or a similar role.
- Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Design (preferable).
