Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Lucknow. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media creatives, presentations, and product collateral. Daily responsibilities include developing concepts, producing graphics and layouts, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, preparing designs for production or deployment, and maintaining a library of design assets and templates.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create visually compelling and user-centered designs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for products and clients.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced text in all design deliverables.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent) and familiarity with design best practices.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print, with an emphasis on branding and layout.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and openness to constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
