Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and create graphics, visuals, and other promotional materials that are in line with our brand guidelines and content strategy
• Develop and implement creative concepts that align with our editorial policies and target audience
• Ensure that all graphics and visuals adhere to best practices, and are optimized for various digital platforms
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to implement the latest features and styles
• Work with other designers to ensure a consistent style and quality across all graphics and visuals
• Monitor graphic and visual performance and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic designing
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva
• Ability to create a brand recall using visuals
• Understanding of design optimization for various digital platforms and best practices
• Strong creativity, and a keen eye for detail, visual composition, and aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passionate about showing others how to do something new
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Excited to join a lean team in a big company that moves quickly
