Company: The Wellness Co. Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with

5+ years of professional experience to create compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of premium brand aesthetics, excellent design fundamentals, and the ability to translate marketing and business objectives into impactful creative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs for digital and print marketing materials.
• Develop creatives for social media, website, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, clinic collaterals, and advertisements.
• Maintain consistency across The Wellness Co.'s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams to understand creative requirements.
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns from initial idea through final delivery.
• Present design concepts and confidently explain the rationale behind creative decisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with design trends, wellness branding, and evolving digital design practices. Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of

Figma is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
• Experience presenting creative work and defending design decisions with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player. Nice to Have:
• Motion graphics and video editing skills using

Adobe After Effects or similar tools.

• UI/UX design experience.
• Illustration skills.
• Previous experience working with a
