Social Media and Content Development

• Create engaging graphics, captions, and multimedia content for social media.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s social media audience.
• Prepare social media content calendars and campaign plans.
• Monitor audience engagement and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends and content formats.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns across relevant digital platforms.

Email and Web Design

• Design email promotions, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Create responsive HTML email templates.
• Develop banners, landing-page visuals, and other web-based designs.
• Ensure that email and web designs display correctly across devices and platforms.

Video and Motion Graphics

• Create and edit promotional videos and social media reels.
• Develop motion graphics, animated advertisements, and logo animations.
• Use Adobe After Effects and other relevant video-editing tools.
• Adapt video content for different social media platforms.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
• Experience in branding, print design, and digital design.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and audience-development strategies.
• Experience creating content for major social media platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML email and basic web-design principles.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
