To drive high-quality, concept-driven design solutions while ensuring brand consistency, efficient project execution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Position Objectives & Expectations:

• Translate client briefs into effective design solutions.
• Uphold high creative standards while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Efficiently manage workload, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline design processes.
• Adapt quickly to feedback and evolving project requirements.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in digital design or motion graphics are an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced design environment
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of PowerPoint and After Effects is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience handling print, digital, and motion graphics projects.
• Prior experience working in an agency or corporate design team is preferred.

Work schedule:

• Rotational Shift and rotational week-offs (Including night shift and working on weekends)
• Permanent work from office
