Design Director

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Design Director to lead our in-house creative team, driving exceptional design that strengthens our brands and brings our vision for a healthier, more sustainable food future to life.

This role will be responsible for shaping our brand identity across all touchpoints, from developing innovative packaging concepts, product branding and POS, to creating and implementing a social media creative strategy and campaign execution.

The successful candidate will nurture and mentor the creative team, ensuring high standards of design and consistency while collaborating closely with marketing, product development and leadership. They will oversee the delivery of engaging digital content, packaging, advertising and other brand assets that reflect our mission and help grow our superfood brand in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor and develop the creative team.
Create and oversee packaging concepts and product branding.
Develop and implement creative social media strategies and content.
