Graphic designer & Visual Content Operator

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and produce visually stunning static and motion graphics for courses, social media, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Translate learning objectives and scripts into visual storyboards, infographics, and engaging UI elements.
• Operate and optimize content production workflows—from asset creation to platform upload—ensuring brand and quality consistency.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and video producers to align visuals with pedagogical strategy.
• Manage design libraries, templates, and version control to enable rapid content scaling.
• Stay ahead of design trends and platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, LMS interfaces).

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Figma
• Canva Pro
• Video Editing (Premiere Pro or CapCut)
• Graphic Design Fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout)
• Visual Content Strategy

Preferred

• Experience with LMS interfaces or EdTech platforms
• Animation principles (motion graphics, micro-interactions)
• Basic HTML/CSS for landing page optimization
