About the Role -

Lal Sweets is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer (Social Media) to join our Craetive team. This role is essential in supporting our ongoing social media creative development by producing visually engaging, high-quality, and brand-consistent content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and an understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.

• Create static posts, carousels, banners, stories, reels, and promotional creatives aligned with the Lal Sweets brand.

• Develop visually impactful creatives for digital campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and marketing initiatives.

• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and visual identity across all communication materials.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

• Edit short-form videos and motion creatives for social media campaigns.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and content generation.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, posters, packaging support, and POS materials.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emergin creative technologies.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

34 years of experience in Graphic Design with a strong focus on social media creatives.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory).

Working knowledge of Figma for design collaboration.

Experience in video editing for social media content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.

Knowledge and practical use of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.

Ability to create visually appealing, brand-aligned designs for both digital and print media.

Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Brands industry will be an added advantage.

Experience in creating creatives for festive campaigns, product promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.

Understanding of social media algorithms and creative optimization for different platforms.
