Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive

As a Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and managing the company's social media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the SEO, marketing, HR, and other internal teams to create social media posts, banners, blog visuals, promotional creatives, reels, and other digital content. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and have a good understanding of social media trends and content engagement.

• Create attractive and professional graphics for social media, blogs, advertisements, banners, and other digital content.
• Design creative posts, covers, promotional materials, and visual content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Create and edit short videos, reels, and other engaging social media content.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and ensure regular and relevant content publishing.
• Plan and create social media content based on company activities, festivals, events, industry trends, and promotional requirements.
• Collaborate with the SEO and content team to create images, banners, infographics, and other required visual content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform features, algorithms, and content formats to improve reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Maintain consistency in the company's branding, design style, and overall online presence.
• Take initiative in identifying new creative content ideas and opportunities for the company's social media presence.
  

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Basic to good knowledge of video editing and short-form content creation.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, content formats, and engagement strategies.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to understand requirements and convert ideas into creative visual content.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of graphic design and/or social media work will be an added advantage.
