Kadam Colors is hiring a Graphic Designer (Packaging & Labelling)

Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)

Experience Required: 2+ years

Preferred Industry: D2C, E-Commerce, Lifestyle, Skincare or product-based industry

Budget: Up to 4.5 LPA

Brief Job Description:

• Design visually appealing graphics, packaging, product labels, marketing collateral, and e-commerce mockups that align with brand identity.
• Conceptualise, design, and develop packaging and label artwork for new and existing products across multiple categories.
• Translate brand guidelines into visually appealing, functional, and manufacturable packaging designs.
• Prepare print-ready files, including dielines, color separations, and production specifications.
• Collaborate with printers, packaging suppliers, and vendors to ensure high-quality output and color accuracy.
• Coordinate with the social media team to ensure timely publishing of videos, graphics, and reels across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
• Optimise all visual content—graphics and videos—for different platforms while maintaining consistency with the brand's tone and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role within a D2C, e-commerce or product-based company
• Strong portfolio featuring product design, social media creatives, and video editing work
• Proficient in: CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Strong visual storytelling and content ideation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
