About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in static design, motion graphics, video editing, and AI-assisted creative production. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming ideas into compelling visual experiences that strengthen brand identity, enhance audience engagement, and support marketing objectives.

The candidate should be highly proficient in modern design software, video editing tools, and AI-powered creative platforms while staying updated with emerging design trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding:

• Create visually compelling designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Develop brand-compliant creatives that maintain consistency across all digital and offline channels.
• Design banners, promotional creatives, infographics, email creatives, and other visual communication materials.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Motion Graphics & Video Content:

• Create and edit engaging video content including reels, promotional videos, explainer videos, advertisements, and brand films.
• Develop motion graphics, animated visuals, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Edit and optimize video content for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce high-impact multimedia campaigns.

AI-Powered Creative Production:

• Utilize AI-based design and content creation tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and productivity.
• Generate visual concepts, image assets, video enhancements, and creative variations using modern AI platforms.
• Leverage prompt-based workflows for image generation, content ideation, and creative experimentation.
• Stay informed about advancements in AI-driven creative technologies and implement innovative solutions.

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Work closely with marketing, content, product, and business teams to understand project requirements and campaign objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate revisions and feedback effectively to meet stakeholder expectations.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, social media formats, and evolving visual styles.
• Continuously explore new creative techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance design output.
• Recommend creative improvements and visual strategies that strengthen brand communication.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, or digital creative roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static design and motion graphics.
• Experience working on branding, social media campaigns, digital marketing creatives, and video content.
