About Us:
Retail Jeweller India is a 20 year old Media and Events organisation in the Indian and Middle East Gems and Jewellery Industry.
We publish Magazine, Tabloid and Digital Newsletters for India and Middle East.
We also organise our own events like Knowledge Conferences, Awards, Buyer Seller Meets, Round Tables, etc in India and Middle East.
We are strong believers in people and we take care of our people very well and then leave our products, services and clients to them to be managed even better.
Key responsibilities:
- Design The Retail Jeweller India magazine and Market Tabloid.
- Create layouts for special publications, supplements and buying guides.
- Develop social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Design event-related creatives for Retail Jeweller India Awards, Forum, GemGold, GJS and other IPs.
- Work closely with Editorial, Marketing and Events teams.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all Retail Jeweller brands.
- Prepare files correctly for both print and digital publishing.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Adobe InDesign: Strong magazine and tabloid page layouts, pagination, typography, grids and print-ready artwork
- Adobe Photoshop: Strong - image editing, retouching and creative compositions
- Adobe Illustrator: Strong - vector graphics, illustrations, logos and marketing artwork
- Social Media Creatives: Experience creating designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital platforms
- Publishing experience: Preferably from a magazine, publishing house, media company, advertising agency or B2B publication
7. Jewellery/luxury experience: An advantage, but not essential
8. Location: Mumbai preferred AND STAYING NEAR KURLA West
9. Portfolio: Mandatory, particularly examples of magazine layouts + social media creatives
