Responsibilities

• Support in Creative Redesign: You will actively participate in conceptualizing and designing attractive, legally compliant product labels for our wide range of cleaning and care products
• Portfolio Maintenance: You will assist in adapting and updating existing label layouts while strictly adhering to our Corporate Design guidelines
• Print Preparation: You will create final, print-ready files according to clear specifications and coordinate with our external printing partners as needed
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will act as a central hub, working closely with the Product Management, Marketing, RD, and Product Safety departments in Germany to ensure all relevant information is accurate and attractively presented on every label

Requirements

• Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in label design (FMCG or pharmaceutical sector, familiar with strict packaging guidelines and exact data management)
• Software Expertise: Confident handling of standard graphic design software, with a strong focus on Adobe InDesign and WebCenter
• SAP Touchpoints: Initial experience or exposure to SAP is a significant advantage and will greatly facilitate your onboarding process
• Work Style: You stand out due to your highly structured, precise, and independent approach to work, ensuring accuracy even with regulatory label requirements
• Creativity Eye for Detail: You possess a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and brand identity, coupled with a sharp eye for meticulous details
• International Team Player: You are communicative, open-minded, and enjoy working in a team. You feel comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures
• Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for seamless communication with your colleagues in Germany. (Optional: Basic German skills are a strong plus)
• Education: A successfully completed degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a comparable qualified education
