Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, strong creativity, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other business requirements.
• Design social media posts, banners, creatives, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to understand design requirements.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other visual content.
• Handle multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends and create fresh, engaging content.
  

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in graphic designing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual composition.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective designs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
