Graphic Designer Executive

Location: Nahur, Mumbai

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the technical skills to create high-quality visuals across digital and print channels.

The Graphic Designer will contribute to a variety of projects that support marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, events, and customer retention efforts. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager in Mumbai, take creative direction from the Senior Graphic Designer, and will work closely with both the Mumbai team and the U.S. marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of brand assets for corporate marketing, including email campaigns, sales presentations, sell sheets, ad campaigns, guidebooks, Microsoft templates, and video content.
• Translate marketing strategies into engaging visual solutions for both print and digital platforms.
• Create visually impactful social media posts that align with Direct Travels Brand Guidelines.
• Perform photo retouching and image manipulation consistent with brand standards.
• Collaborate on the development of event and tradeshow themes that reflect the Direct Travel brand.
• Select photography, colors, typography, and other design elements to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Produce design mockups, revisions, and final assets ready for distribution, posting, or production handoff.
• Set up each project with the correct specifications, file formats, and export settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design hierarchy for both print and web.
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills to express creative ideas effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, proactive collaborator who works well with cross-functional teams.
