Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, icons, illustrations, and layouts for learning modules and presentations.
• Modify and enhance existing visual content for clarity and appeal.
• Support senior designers with concept execution and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating storyboards, mockups and basic animations.
• Maintain organized design assets and libraries.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to align visuals with learning goals.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of relevant Graphic Design experience, preferably in eLearning / EdTech / Digital Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• After Effects / Premiere Pro good to have
• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline / Rise 360 / Adobe Captivate is preferred.
• Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Experience in creating learning visuals, storyboards, infographics, and interactive assets.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a good creative portfolio.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Experience with Canva / Figma / AI design tools.
• Understanding of LMS, SCORM, responsive and accessible learning content.
