Job Summary

Graphic Design Trainee

You will make the things clients see: social creatives, ads, brochures, pitch decks and landing page visuals. You will be given a brand to work within and a senior designer to learn from, and you will ship real work in your first fortnight.

What you will do

• Design to brief: social posts, ad creatives and print pieces across several client brands
• Stay on brand by using each clients palette, type and tone rather than your own
• Take feedback and turn it round quickly
• Keep files tidy: organised, versioned and handed over cleanly
• Sit in on a client kickoff now and then, so you see why a brief looks the way it does

What we are looking for

• A portfolio, where coursework and personal projects count
• Working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator or Photoshop
• An eye for spacing and type, and the patience to fix it
• Comfortable being told a design is not working, and trying again the same day
